Top-Up Credits Explained

Your GPS trackers arrive with you set up with active multi-roaming data SIMs already installed. In order for your tracking devices to relay information remotely to your mapping panel, they need a pre-pay data plan applied.

Topping up your GPS tracker plan is quick and easy, and you do this any time by selecting one of the below packages. Your subscription is applied instantly once checkout is complete. You do not need to do anything other than ensure your tracker is switched on.
Our Pre-Pay tracking packages all offer unlimited tracking data. You can choose from 1, 3, 6 or 12 Months Unlimited tracking plan for any Trackershop GPS trackers.
This means that you have unlimited tracking data and the freedom to track movement at any interval that you like, whether this is every 60 minutes or every 5 seconds! 

SMS Credits

Each Unlimited plan is provided with a bundle of SMS Credits. These are for when you need to communicate with your GPS tracker through your Commands tab (e.g. changing the tracking update time from 5 seconds to 10 minutes).

You can also receive alerts (zone, motion, low battery, SOS) from your GPS tracker via SMS.

Any online top-ups after 10pm will appear on your account the following morning from 6am.
